RETURN, REFUND, BUYBACK & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Liaara, we strive to ensure every piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Please read our Return, Refund, Buyback & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, certificates, invoices, and accompanying materials must be included.
• The product must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return, refund, exchange, or buyback:
• Custom-made or bespoke jewellery
• Engraved or personalised products
• Products altered at customer request
• Damaged or used items
• Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (if applicable)
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.
• Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, handling charges, and making charges may be non-refundable.
Liaara reserves the right to reject refunds if returned products fail inspection.
4. Exchanges
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval.
Customised or personalised products may not qualify for exchange.
5. Buyback Policy
At Liaara, we offer buyback and upgrade options on eligible jewellery pieces.
Cash Buyback Value:
• Natural Diamonds — up to 80%
• Lab-Grown Diamonds — up to 70%
Upgrade / Exchange Value:
• Natural Diamonds — up to 90%
• Lab-Grown Diamonds — up to 80%
Please note:
• Gold value is calculated as per prevailing market rates after purity verification.
• Making charges, taxes, shipping, certification, and other service charges are non-refundable.
• Final valuation depends on product condition, market rates, and inspection.
• Liaara reserves the right to approve, modify, or reject buyback requests at its sole discretion.
6. Exchange / Upgrade Value Terms
• Exchange value can only be used toward another Liaara purchase.
• The existing jewellery must be returned and approved after inspection before exchange value is issued.
• Exchange value is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
• The next purchase must be of equal or higher value than the exchange amount.
• Remaining balance, if any, will continue as store credit and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Liaara reserves the right to approve, modify, or reject exchange requests based on product condition and eligibility.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
• A damaged item
• A defective product
• An incorrect order

• Clear photographs
• An unboxing video
• Order details
Claims without proper supporting evidence may not be accepted.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.
Once production has started, customised or made-to-order products may not be cancelled.
9. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is approved due to:
• Incorrect item received
• Manufacturing defect
• Verified shipping damage
Liaara recommends using secure, trackable shipping methods for returns.
